We do not collect more information than is reasonably needed to evaluate opportunities and facilitate potential transactions.
How We Use Your Data
For private equity firms, we use the information you provide to understand your investment criteria and to identify, screen, and present potential acquisition opportunities that align with your stated mandates. For business owners, we use the information you provide to evaluate whether your business is a fit for our private equity relationships and, where appropriate, to facilitate confidential introductions to qualified acquisition groups. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or any purpose unrelated to a potential transaction. Any introduction or information sharing with a third party occurs only in connection with a contemplated transaction and, where required, after appropriate written agreements are in place.
